WellBeing Brewing

Jeff Stevens, the founder and owner, devised the concept while working as a creative director at an advertising agency. He wanted AF craft beers he could enjoy while socialising, and launched the brewery with his wife, Genevieve. The brand's mission is to "Raise WellBeing", and the beers are brewed for people who enjoy a healthy lifestyle and those who want to take the night off.

The brewing process begins as a full-strength fermentation, using German Traditional hops and plant-based methods. The alcohol is then removed using high-tech equipment from Munich that operates at room temperature; afterwards, the aromatics are reintroduced into the beer. This approach is designed to preserve the mouthfeel and aromatic character of a traditional craft brew. The finished beers maintain peak quality for up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dark place.

The core alcohol-free range covers wheat ales, dark ambers, IPAs, and English pale ales. WellBeing Brewing also produces seltzers and a hemp-infused line of beers and seltzers made with compounds from legal hemp. That line spans drinks containing CBD (cannabidiol) only, drinks combining CBD with CBG (cannabigerol), and drinks with hemp-derived THC (tetrahydrocannabinol). All hemp-infused products are third-party lab tested, and the brewery uses a nano-encapsulation process that speeds up how quickly the active compounds take effect. WellBeing Brewing has collaborated with country musician Margo Price on one of its hemp seltzers.

WellBeing Brewing was acquired by MNG Brands. Its beers and seltzers are available at bars, restaurants, and retailers across the United States, with the brewery operating out of Maryland Heights, Missouri.
