Wild Idol Brut is an alcohol-free sparkling white, produced in England from a 2022 vintage of Muller-Thurgau grapes. Conceived by Paul Beavis, it has crisp green apple character alongside jasmine and orange blossom, with a smooth texture and soft, fine bubbles. The brand also makes a sparkling rosé.
