Wild Idol Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Rosé is the rosé expression in Wild Idol's alcohol-free sparkling wine range, drawing on Müller-Thurgau, Merlot and Dornfelder grapes from Rheinhessen, Germany. Rather than removing alcohol from a finished wine, Wild Idol uses cryo-stabilisation: the pressed must is chilled to just above freezing, keeping yeast dormant throughout so no alcohol is produced in the first place. The finished wine is also halal certified.
