Williams Bros. brews Alien Form Fruity IPA as an alcohol-free IPA. It is biotransformed using thiolised yeast, a fermentation step that lifts citrus aromas out of the hops. The beer is pale gold, with huge citrus aromas alongside pine and malt. The taste is fruity and juicy, bitter-sweet and balanced between the hops and a grainy malt.
