Wiper and True Tidebreaker is part of the Bristol brewery's range of alcohol-free styles, and takes a West Coast approach. The malt bill draws on extra-pale barley, Caramalt and rye to build a complex base, while American hops add pine and citrus bitterness. Unlike many commercial AF beers, it is left unfiltered and naturally hazy.
