Wiper and True Tomorrow is an alcohol-free Helles-style lager brewed in Bristol. The alcohol is removed using reverse osmosis, a process where the beer is passed through a fine membrane to strip the alcohol, taking around 60 hours. It is brewed with Spelter hops and Pilsner malt, and is also available on draught. Pale golden in the glass, it has yeasty, bready and spicy aromas. The body is crisp with a floral hop balance, and Tomorrow is easy to drink. The finish is dry and earthy.
