Zeno Organic Red is the red wine in Zeno's alcohol-free range, a blend of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon from certified organic vines at the La Carrasca vineyard in Castille-La Mancha. Dealcoholisation uses the same single-pass, low-temperature vacuum distillation method applied across the range. The Observer described it as coming very close to achieving the complexity expected of a conventional dealcoholised red, a notable critical endorsement for a non-alcoholic wine.
