Zeno Sparkling White NV is an alcohol-free sparkling white wine from Spain, made from Macabeo grapes and de-alcoholised, meaning fermented to full strength before the alcohol is removed. The Wines of Virtue team produces it by hand. In the glass it has a yellow-green straw colour. On the palate there is crisp apple and elderflower, then mouth-filling citrus, fresh lemon thyme, pear and a touch of brioche. It is best served chilled with seafood or canapés.
