Zeno Viura is the still white in Zeno's alcohol-free wine range, made from Viura grapes, the variety also known as Macabeo, sourced from a single estate in Castille-La Mancha whose vines are organically managed. Dealcoholisation follows the same low-temperature vacuum distillation method used across the Zeno range, a single-pass process intended to preserve the variety's natural character.
