Zeronimo Leonis Blend is one of the premium multi-varietal reds in Zeronimo's range, which also includes single-varietal bottlings and wine tonics from the same estate. The grapes (60% Blaufränkisch, 30% Pinot Noir, and 20% Merlot) come from vines over 60 years old at the Heribert Bayer family winery in Neckenmarkt, Burgenland. Before dealcoholisation, the wine spends two years in new French oak barriques, a maturation period that distinguishes it within the broader non-alcoholic category.
