Zeronimo Zeronic Fresh White is a wine tonic in the Zeronic sub-range, built on dealcoholised Grüner Veltliner sourced from grower Heribert Bayer in the Burgenland region of Austria. Like the Zeronic Fancy Red, the Fresh White uses quassia wood extract for bitterness rather than quinine. The finished product is assembled in Denmark, distinct from the Austrian origin of the grape base.
