Zeronimo Zweigelt is an alcohol-free dry red wine made from 100% Zweigelt grapes grown in Austria's Burgenland region. The wine is matured in oak before the alcohol is removed through vacuum distillation, a process in which the wine is gently heated under reduced pressure so the alcohol evaporates at a lower temperature, preserving the aromas and flavours. On the nose, it has blackberry, cherry, vanilla, nougat, wood spices, rosemary, and black tea. It is full-bodied with great texture.
