Zeronimo Zweigelt is the single-varietal red in Zeronimo's range, made entirely from Zweigelt grapes at the Heribert Bayer family winery in Burgenland. The wine is aged 15 months in small oak barriques before alcohol removal via vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, a step designed to preserve the wine's natural structure through dealcoholisation. It sits alongside multi-varietal blends and wine tonics in the wider Zeronimo range.
