The distillery's AF range sits under the New London Light collection, a sub-brand named after a lighthouse that once guided the Salcombe Fruit Schooners, the 19th-century trading vessels that imported citrus fruits and spices into England. That maritime heritage runs through the brand's identity, from its coastal Devon location to the range of coastal inspirations behind each product.

New London Light launched in September 2020, making Salcombe an early entrant into the premium alcohol-free spirits category. The range has since grown to three products, each drawing on coastal inspirations from different parts of the world with botanical selections to match. Each product is made by distilling a blend of botanicals and combining the resulting distillates with extracts and natural flavours, building character from the ground up rather than removing alcohol from an existing full-strength spirit.

Salcombe Distilling Co. operates as an independent producer, running both a distillery and a gin school at its Devon site, described as one of the few distilleries in the world directly accessible by boat. The New London Light range appeals to sober-curious drinkers seeking a considered, place-rooted botanical spirit and is positioned at the premium end of the AF spirits market, with distribution through mainstream supermarkets and direct-to-consumer channels.
