Plus & Minus is an Australian alcohol-free wine range developed by Fourth Wave Wine in South Australia, built around removing alcohol after winemaking and adding grape skin extract to increase antioxidant content.
Fourth Wave Wine launched Plus & Minus as a contemporary zero-alcohol range, drawing grapes from premium, dry-grown vineyards in South Australia. Dry-grown viticulture means the vines receive no irrigation. Once winemaking is complete, the alcohol is gently removed using a high vacuum low pressure distillation process, a technique that extracts the alcohol under reduced atmospheric pressure rather than relying on high heat. Grape skin extract (GSE) is incorporated during winemaking to raise the antioxidant levels in the finished wines, producing a range richer in antioxidants than a conventional wine. The wines are made by hand and contain no artificial sweeteners or artificial additives.
The range spans red, white, sparkling and rosé styles. Plus & Minus is aimed at sober-curious drinkers seeking variety across zero-alcohol wine categories.
