Vinada

The brand was founded in 2018 by Jessica van Spaendonck-Volkert and has since built a range drawing on grapes from two distinct European regions: Tempranillo sourced from La Mancha in Spain and Chardonnay from the Languedoc in France. Vinada removes alcohol using vacuum extraction, a low-temperature process in which the boiling point is reduced so that alcohol evaporates at lower heat, preserving the natural aromas of the source wine. The resulting products are positioned to retain the varietal character of their base grapes.

The range spans sparkling whites, a still red, a rosé, and ready-to-drink cocktail formats, covering a breadth of styles unusual for an independent alcohol-free wine label.
