Drinks Kitchen
Drinks Kitchen is an alcohol-free aperitif brand founded in spring 2021 in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset. Alli Lucy Briaris, who describes herself as the alchemist behind the brand, launched it following a personal wake-up moment that led her to reconsider what a well-made, flavourful drink could look like without alcohol.
Briaris built the brand around the conviction that giving up alcohol should not mean sacrificing flavour, or the complexity and depth of a considered aperitif. The drinks are produced using botanical distillates and extracts, drawing on natural distillation and extraction processes to develop character across the range. That approach to botanicals gives each aperitif a layered quality intended to hold its own at the aperitif occasion.
Drinks Kitchen operates from Somerset, in the United Kingdom. The aperitifs are a natural fit for Dry January drinkers and for anyone who wants a flavourful, alcohol-free option.
