Big Shed Brewing
Big Shed Brewing is a craft brewery founded in October 2012 and based in Royal Park, Adelaide, South Australia, with an alcohol-free beer range developed after years of research and development.
Co-founders Jason Harris and Craig Basford met while working at Wolf Blass Wines in South Australia before beginning to homebrew together in a shed on Harris's property in the Barossa Valley. The brewery's name traces back to those origins. The business launched with a small brewery in Brandwood Street in Royal Park, then moved to larger premises on Old Port Road in 2018, where it now operates a 50-hectolitre brewhouse. Around 60 people work across the operation, with Jake Parkinson serving as CEO.
The brewery's alcohol-free beers suit designated drivers and sober-curious drinkers, and both drinks in the range have picked up awards. Big Shed has also signed a partnership deal with the Adelaide 36ers. Packaged beers are distributed across Australia.
