Big Shed Brewing's Hellweisse is an award-winning alcohol-free sour beer built in the fruited Berliner Weisse style, made in collaboration with another AF brewer. It is fermented with the Lachancea yeast strain, which produces tartness as it works rather than relying on a separate souring step. Mango and passionfruit go into the brew, and the aroma carries tropical fruit. This was a limited release and is no longer in production.
