Desi Driver is an alcohol-free pale ale from Big Shed Brewing, an award-winning drink made in Royal Park, South Australia. It uses late hopping, where hops are added near the end of the boil to draw out aroma and flavour rather than bitterness, which gives the beer its citrus, passionfruit, pine and resin flavours. There is also a slight tartness, added on purpose to round out the taste.
