
Amadora's Passion Fruit Kombucha
A limited-edition seasonal kombucha made with drop-ripened passion fruit from a Seville family farm, raw and unfiltered.
About This Drink
This is a collaboration with Natoora, built around fruit grown by Amadora in Mairena del Alcor, Seville. She's a fourth-generation farmer who lets each passion fruit ripen fully on the vine rather than picking it — nets catch the fruit when it drops naturally. The result is notably less acidic than most passion fruit, with more sweetness and aromatic depth than you'd get from forced-harvest fruit. The base is MOMO's standard raw, unfiltered kombucha made with organic tea, and the passion fruit brings a vivid tropical lift. There's a clean sweetness up front that gradually hands off to the familiar kombucha tartness. The elderflower in the ingredients list is subtle — it softens the edges rather than announcing itself. Like the rest of MOMO's seasonal range, this ran for a couple of months before selling out. Certified organic by the Soil Association.
