Remedy Pink Grapefruit is built on the same 30-day SCOBY fermentation as the whole range, with pink grapefruit flavouring carrying most of the character. The kombucha fermentation adds its own tartness and acidity, which sits naturally alongside grapefruit's inherent bitterness. The result is one of the drier, more bitter-leaning options in the range. Grapefruit bitterness and the fermentation's acidity work in the same direction rather than offsetting each other, so there's no sweetness here at all despite the erythritol and stevia used at the end. The colour is pale blush-pink. Carbonation is moderate. If you like dry, bitter citrus drinks, this is one of the more satisfying choices in the Remedy line. It doesn't try to smooth the grapefruit's edges, which is exactly right.
