It's positioned as an everyday grab-and-go option rather than a made-to-order cocktail. The flavour follows the Italian aperitif template closely — orange-forward with bitter citrus peel, some herbal depth, and a dry tannic finish from the kombucha and botanicals. It's not quite as layered as the bottled spirit mixed with soda, but the convenience format holds up reasonably well. The carbonation is light, and the mouthfeel stays clean rather than syrupy, which helps it feel more like a proper aperitif and less like a soft drink.
