270° Botanicals White Caribbean Blend is an alcohol-free rum alternative produced by Spirits of Virtue in Glasgow and one of the expressions in the brand's Caribbean Blend range. The flavour profile draws on Caribbean muscovado, Madagascan vanilla and Colombian coffee, with notes of caramel and banana. Mixed at 3:1 with soda, coconut water or pineapple juice, it works well as a white rum stand-in in AF cocktail recipes.
