About This Drink
Ghia Original Apéritif launched in New York in 2020 as the founding product of the brand, built from custom botanical extracts rather than by dealcoholising an existing drink. The concentrate format is central to how it works: a 500ml bottle yields 17 servings when mixed at the standard 1-to-3 ratio with sparkling water, making it function more like a bar syrup than a ready-to-drink product. This positions it differently from the ready-mixed Le Spritz variants in Ghia's range, which come pre-mixed and ready to open.
