Blueberry Floral Spritz is Mockly's blueberry and rose mocktail in its current form, part of the brand's New Orleans-inspired RTD range. Blueberry juice concentrate forms the base, with a floral rose note layered in and mint arriving to cool the finish. The colour is vivid berry-purple; carbonation is fine rather than aggressive. Aromatically it leads with fresh blueberry, rose coming through underneath as a soft, almost perfumed edge. On the palate it's lightly sweet, the blueberry rounded and jammy, with the mint arriving mid-sip and lingering into a clean, brief finish. It sits somewhere between a fruit soda and a proper cocktail in terms of complexity. Serve straight from the can over ice. Works on its own or topped with sparkling water if you want something longer.
