There is no malt here: the base is water and hops at 0.35%, joined by concentrated apple juice and lemon juice. The drink is pale and clear with fine, gentle carbonation. Hops come through on the nose with a green, herbal note alongside lemon and apple. The taste is dry: lemon upfront, then apple sweetness, with hop bitterness pulling everything toward a clean finish. Slightly tart without being sour. Zero calories, zero sugar. The citrus and hop combination gives it more interest than plain sparkling water.
