The most distinctive variant in Nepomucen's Nachmielona hop water range, combining hops with spruce and pine shoot extracts alongside orange and apple juice. No malt base, no fermentation in the beer sense: this sits between a botanical sparkling water and a very light IPA in character. It pours clear and pale straw with light, persistent bubbles. The aroma is distinctive, pine and spruce come through first, with orange peel and apple sweetness behind them. On the palate the conifer notes are immediately present, resinous and fresh, followed by orange juice citrus and a gentle apple roundness. Hops provide a dry backdrop without adding strong bitterness. The forest-meets-citrus combination is unusual and works better than it sounds on paper.
