Birell Polotmavý is an alcohol-free amber lager from Nošovice in the Czech Republic. Its amber colour and flavour come from a combination of three malts: light, caramel, and roasted. Like the original Birell lager, it uses a specially developed yeast strain that produces no alcohol during fermentation, meaning no alcohol-removal step is needed.
