Carl Jung Blanc de Blancs Chardonnay Sekt is the Chardonnay-based entry in the brand's alcohol-free sparkling Sekt range, drawing its base material from Spanish Chardonnay grapes. The dealcoholisation technique behind it traces back to 1907, when Dr. Carl Jung patented a vacuum distillation process in Rüdesheim am Rhein that lowers the boiling point of wine to extract alcohol without high-temperature damage. That process, developed in the brand's family winery over a century ago, continues to underpin the full Carl Jung portfolio today.
