Carl Jung Cuvée Rot is the assembled red blend in the brand's non-alcoholic range, drawing its base from the Rheingau in Germany. As a cuvée, it takes an assemblage approach distinct from the single-variety expressions in the Carl Jung red wine line. The dealcoholisation process applied is the vacuum distillation method Dr. Carl Jung patented in 1907 in Rüdesheim am Rhein, which removes alcohol at low temperature, a technique the brand has used across its entire portfolio for over a century.
