Carl Jung Rosé is an alcohol-free rosé wine made in the EU. It is dealcoholised, which means the wine is fermented at full strength and then has the alcohol removed. It tastes fruity, with raspberry and strawberry coming through. The acidity is balanced and the tannins are light.
