The orchards are planted with traditional standard apple trees rather than modern intensive bush varieties, with more than 40 varieties of cider apple grown across the site. The 0.5% expression is designed to carry the same profile as the brand's Whimple-style cider, offering the character of a Devon apple cider at significantly reduced alcohol.
