Eins Zwei Zero Rosé is one of the still wine options in the Leitz estate's Eins Zwei Zero range, sitting alongside the Chardonnay with the broader line-up extending to sparkling formats. The dealcoholisation is performed by vacuum distillation at approximately 27°C. As a non-alcoholic rosé, it completes the still wine pairing in a range that also covers sparkling Riesling, Blanc de Blancs and sparkling Rosé variants.
