Equinox Fiery Ginger Kombucha is an alcohol-free kombucha, a fermented tea drink, made with ginger juice. Kombucha is brewed by fermenting sweetened tea with a culture of bacteria and yeast. This one is lightly pasteurised, meaning gently heated to stabilise it, with probiotics added back afterwards so each can still carries live cultures, around 3 billion per can.
