Fre Sparkling Brut is an alcohol-free wine made from grapes grown in California's premier marine-influenced regions. It starts as a fully fermented sparkling wine, with alcohol then removed via a spinning cone process (where the wine is spun at speed to extract the alcohol while preserving aroma and flavour). On the palate, the wine shows green apple, ripe pear, and strawberry.
