Giesen 0% Chardonnay is an alcohol-free wine from New Zealand, made with Chardonnay grapes grown in Hawke's Bay and Waipara. The alcohol is taken out using a spinning cone, a gentle method that separates it from the wine at low temperature so the flavour survives the process. The aroma carries citrus and stone fruit with a touch of French oak. On the palate it is creamy with vanilla and fresh zest, and it ends smooth with a buttery, toasty character. It pairs well with grilled chicken, a garden salad or creamy pasta.
