Giffard Herbal Juniper is an alcohol-free gin-style drink from France, made with juniper extract and cardamom. Cloudy white in the glass, it has an aromatic, complex scent of smooth juniper with fresh grassy citrus and botanical sweetness. On the palate, tangy juniper comes through with almond and pine; the finish is woody. It works well as a base for a Negroni.
