Goodvines Sauvignon Blanc is an alcohol-free white wine, part of the brand's range of varietal wines. No artificial flavours are added. The alcohol is removed by vacuum distillation, a technique that operates at reduced pressure, lowering the boiling point so delicate aromatics survive the process intact. The flavour is firmly varietal: green grass and gooseberry, with a noticeably crisp acidity.
