Giesen 0% Pinot Gris is one of several alcohol-free wines in Giesen's 0% range. The winery uses spinning cone technology during dealcoholisation: aromatics are extracted from the base wine first, alcohol is then removed, and the captured aromatics are returned. This preserves varietal character through a process more gentle than conventional heat-based approaches.
