Part of GUTsy Captain's flavoured kombucha range, Summer Lemonade is produced at the brand's facility in the west of Portugal. The fermentation runs for 40 days using the brand's own proprietary SCOBY culture, and the water is filtered through reverse osmosis before fermentation begins. The brand positions the expression as a lower-calorie, lower-sugar alternative to conventional lemonades, a classic flavour in a lineup that also includes a zero-sugar sub-series.
