About This Drink
GUTsy Captain Kombucha Zero Ginger and Lemon is an alcohol-free kombucha made in Portugal. It is brewed using a traditional fermentation method with a SCOBY, the culture of bacteria and yeast that turns sweet tea into kombucha. This release goes through a longer fermentation than the regular range, continuing until all the sugar has broken down. It is made with no concentrates, and contains no dyes or preservatives. The flavour is mildly spicy ginger balanced by fresh lemon.
