Iford Wild + Free Cider is an alcohol-free West Country cider made on the Iford Estate, south of Bath in Wiltshire. It is wild fermented from fresh juice rather than reconstituted from concentrate. Wild fermentation means the yeasts driving fermentation come from the fruit itself, not from an added cultured strain. Pale gold and hazy, naturally sparkling but mildly so, with apple fruit and a subtle trace of tannin.
