IYLIA Sparkling White is an alcohol-free sparkling wine made from Tempranillo grapes grown in the Valencian region of Spain. It is gently dealcoholised, meaning the wine is made at full strength and then has its alcohol removed in a way that keeps the natural flavours intact. The result is lightly sweet, with ripe peaches, orange blossom and a honeyed sweetness.
