JIN JIN Enzymes Concentrate Aperitif is an alcohol-free aperitif concentrate from Thailand, inspired by traditional fermented drinks of East Asia. It is fermented in small batches over more than six months, and it contains GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid). The flavour is sweet and sour, with an earthy, tart and slightly woody character.
