Blanc de Blancs
A sparkling AF aperitif built on Champagner Bratbirne pear juice, infused with flowers, herbs, and spices.
About This Drink
Jörg Geiger Blanc de Blancs is an alcohol-free sparkling aperitif made in Schlat, southern Germany, part of the brand's Priosecco range alongside the Teasecco and Cuvée d'Hiver. The base is juice from the Champagner Bratbirne, a traditional late-ripening pear variety from the Swabian Alb region. Unlike many AF wines, it is not dealcoholised (brewed at full strength then had the alcohol removed); instead, it is built directly from cold-pressed pear juice. White flowers, herbs, and spices are added to build complexity.
