The brand's identity centres on the preservation of WiesenObst, a German term for traditional meadow orchards planted with old fruit varieties that have largely disappeared from commercial farming. These heritage fruits form the base of the brand's signature AF range, PriSecco: a line of alcohol-free sparkling drinks made from old fruit varieties blended with herbs, spices, and blossoms. Rather than relying on fermentation or distillation, the production process uses cold-pressing and botanical infusion to build complexity directly from the raw materials.

Jörg Geiger operates its own restaurant, the Gasthof Lamm in Schlat, which serves as a culinary showcase for the range. The brand targets food-focused and sober-curious consumers with an interest in heritage produce and regional craft drinks.
