Free & Easy Belgian-Style White is an award-winning, alcohol-free Belgian-style wheat beer from Karbach Brewing in Houston, Texas. It is made with malted barley and unmalted wheat and spiced with a touch of Hallertauer Mittelfrueh hops, then fermented with a Belgian yeast that gives it its character. In the glass it is pale yellow with a slight haze under a rich, foamy head and a light body. The aroma is citrusy, spicy and fruity, with citrus to the fore. The taste brings coriander and orange peel, mildly fruity with a subtle spice and balanced against light malt and wheat.
