La Galinière Provence Rosé comes from a 122-hectare estate on the Cengle plateau in Châteauneuf-le-Rouge, east of Aix-en-Provence in the Côtes de Provence appellation. Grapes are harvested at night and sent directly to the estate's own winery for pressing. This alcohol-free rosé is La Galinière's entry into the dealcoholised wine category.
