Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher is an alcohol-free sparkling water, launched in 2018 by the craft brewery. It is dry-hopped, meaning whole hops steep in the cold liquid to draw out flavour without adding bitterness, here using the Centennial variety. Brewer's yeast is also added to biotransform the hops, a step that develops their fruit flavours. The result is crisp and zingy, with bubblegum, lime, lemon, tangerine and a bit of pine.
