Mentha is an award-winning alcohol-free mint liqueur from Le Petit Béret in France. Rather than brewing at full strength and stripping the alcohol out afterwards, it is made with no dealcoholisation step at all, so the liquid never contains alcohol to begin with. The result is a refreshing mint drink.
